How Do I Add / Make Changes to My Basket?

1.    Find a product that you like based on categories or brands. 
2.    Find more details of the product in the product page. 
3.    Make sure there is a “Add to Cart” button and click the button in the product page. 
4.    Your product will then be added to your shopping cart in the top right corner. 
5.    Click the shopping cart in the top right corner to edit the quantity or remove a product from your shopping cart. 

How Do I Check Out? 

1.    Select item, click ‘Add to Cart’. 
2.    Click ‘My Cart’ and click on the red button ‘Check Out’. 
3.    Log in / Create an account before you proceed to the next page. 
4.    Review the ‘Order Summary’ at the right column
5.    Key in your shipping address and billing address and the shipping fees will be shown. 
6.    Click ‘Continue’, and choose your payment method, either bank transfer or debit/credit card. 
7.    If bank transfer, proceed to your online bank service and transfer the amount to the account given. 
8.    By choosing eGHL gateway you can pay with debit/credit card, kindly key in your card details and proceed the payment.
9.    You will receive a confirmation message with your order details within a few hours. You are able to check your order status in your SJK Electrical account.

Can I place an order without an account in SJK Electrical?
No, you need to login / register an account before you make a payment. 

Which product do you recommend? 

•    When you are confused about which product to choose, feel free to contact Customer Service for enquiries. We are happy to solve your problem!
•    Please provide us details such as: your budget, your preferred functions or color to make it easier for us to recommend the best product for you.

How Can I Search for a Specific Product on the Website?

•    You can enter the name of the product you are looking for in the search bar on top of the page or you can also enter the SKU code of the product (if you have any) in the same search bar.
•    Please ensure the name or SKU of the product is correctly entered to get the search result. Every product has their own unique name and SKU number.
•    Please be informed that not every product you are able to search will have stock available.

What if My Billing Address & Shipping Address Are Different?

•    Billing and shipping address does not have to be the same for your order.
•    You can tick the option “Bill to different address” and it will then let you enter a different billing address.
•    Please Take Note :
You can add multiple addresses and save it for you to choose for future purchase but you can only ship your order to one address, the one you have chosen.

What Charges Do I Pay?

There will be no extra charges or any hidden charges. You only have to pay the price that you see when checking out. Every charge and price of the product will be shown clearly in the check out page.
