Is the product an Authentic / Genuine item?

All the products that are sold by SJK Electrical are 100% original and brand new from manufacturers in Malaysia.


Is the product a Display set / Second hand item?

We are a Pure-Play business, we only sell through online. We do not have any display set and second hand items.


How do I claim Warranty for small appliances?
•    For warranty, official tax-invoice will be attached with the parcel or send via WhatsApp. All you need to do is just keep our tax-invoice for future warranty purpose. Once the item has any functioning defect you can directly send it to the Brand Service Center together with the warranty card and our invoice for further checking or repair. 

Or
•    If it is within 14 working days of the receipt date, we may arrange courier service to pick up your item and send it to the Brand Service Center for further checking or repair.

Or
•    If it is after 14 working days of the receipt date, you are responsible to send it to us and we will send it to the Brand Service Center for further checking or repair.
How do I claim Warranty for large appliances?
•    For warranty, official tax-invoice will be attached with the parcel or send via WhatsApp. You just need to keep your tax invoice for future warranty purpose. Once the item has any functioning defect after you installed it, you can directly call the Brand Service Center and they'll arrange to send their technician for an on site inspection.
•    You must contact yourself in order to fix the appointment based on both parties available time.
•    If you could not find any service center number online, kindly contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) for further information.
Do you provide installation service?
We didn't provide any installation service, but if you need one,  we can recommend the technician who is near your area. About the cost of installation, you may need to discuss with the technician yourself.
Can you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, we can ship your item to East Malaysia, the courier fees is listed in our website based on your address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
•    It will take 1-2 working days for us to ship out your order once your order has been placed and payment is done before 9am of the day. First come first serve basis.
•    Standard home deliveries are usually made within 2-3 working days after we ship out your order.
Can I track my order?
•    All of our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a message/email with a link to track your order once we shipped out your order.
•    When we send out the message  email to you, please allow up to 24 hours for your orders information to be visible on the link, there might be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order.
•    You may track your order with DELYVA by entering the tracking number at https://delyva.com/my/tracking/
Which courier service are you using to deliver my order? •    For small appliances, the primary courier service we are using is DHL, the secondary courier service will be J&T and the tertiary courier service will be Freight Mark. The selection of courier service is based on the address of our customer. •    For large appliances, we are using Hatta Impian as our transporter will deliver your order to your doorstep. For those who are staying in high-rise buildings without lift, we will only deliver the product to the lobby. If you need manpower to deliver to your doorstep, additional charges are incurred by the buyer, RM80 per manpower. The number of manpower is determined by the transporter. •    Please take note that customers are not allowed to choose the courier service yourselves. How much do you charge for the shipping fees? •    Shipping fees vary depending on the product size and also the weight. You are able to view the estimated shipping fees in every product detail page. •    Shipping fees may also be different based on the address you provided. Shipping fees will be charged higher for East Malaysia compared to West Malaysia. Can I use more than one promo code on my order? No, you are not able to use more than one promo code per order. How can I check the stock availability? •    If “Add To Cart” is shown on the product page, it means the stock is available. •    If it shows “Sold Out”, the product is currently out of stock. Please kindly contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) to ensure the restock date. How will I know if you have successfully received my order? •    Once the order has been processed, a confirmation message/email will be sent to you. It will usually take a few hours. •    You are able to check your order status by logging into your SJK Electrical account. •    If this is your first time purchasing our product, please note that the confirmation email may go into your junk/spam email folder. Can I change or cancel my order? •    If you have a change of mind and want to change or cancel your order, please check the order status to ensure the order is yet to dispatch. If you found out the order is yet to dispatch, please call our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) as soon as possible to change or cancel your order. •    If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change or cancel your order. Can I exchange and return my item(s) if I am not satisfied with it? •    Yes, you are allowed to request for an exchange if you are not satisfied with it within 14 working days of the receipt date. •    The item must be new in condition which means it is sealed in packaging, and does not show any sign of use. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. How do I return my order? •    To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app and is within 14 working days of the receipt date, we will arrange courier service to pick up your item. •    If there is any special case that you might not be able to arrange for us to pick up your purchase within 14 days, you can make your own arrangements through any courier service to our returns center. We recommend you to use the courier service that can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, before the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. How do I exchange my item(s)? •    If you decided to exchange an item, you will need to return it to the address given above. Please take note that you must return the item in full set and the item must be new in condition. The risk during the transition is beared by you. •    Then select the item you want to exchange and if the product is more expensive than the current product, you will need to pay for the extra price according to the Top Up Calculation as following : New Item’s Price (refer to SJK Electrical website) - Paid Item’s Price + New Item’s Shipping Fees (refer to SJK Electrical website) •    Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed to check whether the item is under good condition then we will decide to approve your exchange request or reject the request. •    Once we approve your exchange request, you will be informed to top up the amount of exchange item, we will then ship out the item within 1-2 working days after your payment is done. How long will it take to get my refund? It will take within 7 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank account once we have received your return purchase and checked the item is in good condition. Will you pay for the return shipping charges? •    We will arrange courier service to pick up your purchase if the product delivered to you is shown defective within 14 working days of the receipt date. •    If the item is returned for any other reason after 14 working days of the receipt date, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
