What is your online return(s) policy?

•    Returns are accepted if returned within 14 working days of receipt date.
•    Return items must be in good condition with all original packaging (including invoice).
•    The item must be new in condition which means it is sealed in packaging, and does not show any sign of use.
•    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


How do I return my order?

•    To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app and is within 14 working days of the receipt date, we will arrange courier service to pick up your item.
•    If there is any special case that you might not be able to arrange for us to pick up your purchase within 14 days, you can make your own arrangements through any courier service to our returns center. We recommend you to use the courier service that can give you a "Certificate of Posting", as before the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

How long will it take to get my refund?

It will take within 7 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank account once we received your return purchase and checked the item is in good condition.


The item(s) arrives damaged / faulty

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service (
+6012 - 9696 305), who will be in-charge of your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present. Brand manufacturers may decide to offer a refund or replacement depending on the result that is provided by the product’s brand manufacturer.

You will be asked to provide our Customer Service some information as following :

1.
    Your order number
2.    The picture of the item
3.    The picture of the box

If the return request is accepted, we will arrange courier service to pick up your used item then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then send it to the brand service center for further checking. Once done, we will send it back to you without any extra charges.


The item(s) has a functioning defect after 14 working days of the receipt date

If the item has a functioning defect after 14 working days of the receipt date, kindly contact our Customer Service (+6012 - 9696 305) to search for a solution.

You will be asked to provide our Customer Service some information as following :

1.
    Your order number
2.    Evidence of the product that has functioning defect (Video)

If the return request is accepted, you may need to send it back to our return center, we will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then send it to the brand service center for further checking. Once done, we will send it back to you without any extra charges.


Will you pay for the return shipping charges?

•    
We will arrange courier service to pick up your purchase if the product delivered to you is shown defective within 14 working days of the receipt date.
•    If the item is returned for any other reason after 14 working days of the receipt date, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.


Can I exchange and return my item(s) if I am not satisfied with it?

•    
Yes, you are allowed to request for an exchange if you are not satisfied with it within 14 working days of the receipt date.
•    The item must be new in condition which means it is sealed in packaging, and does not show any sign of use. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


How do I exchange my item(s)?

•    
If you decided to exchange an item, you will need to return it to the address given above. Please take note that you must return the item in full set and the item must be new in condition. The risk during the transition is beared by you.

•    
Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed to check whether the item is under good condition then we will decide to approve your exchange request or reject the request.

•    
Then select the item you want to exchange and if the product is more expensive than the current product, you will need to pay for the extra price according to the Top Up Calculation as following :

New Item’s Price (refer to SJK Electrical website) - Paid Item’s Price + New Item’s Shipping Fees (refer to SJK Electrical website)

After we approve your exchange request, you will be informed to top up the amount of exchange item, we will then ship out the item within 1-2 working days once we received your top-up payment.


Can I return the used item(s) and get a refund?

•    
You are unable to get any refund if the item is used. The return & exchange policy is only effective for unused items and is new in condition which means it is sealed in packaging.
•    But we can help you to send your used item to the service center if the item found out any damaged or not functioning.


Can I get a refund if the item I want to exchange is cheaper than the current item?

•    
If the item you want to exchange is cheaper than the current item, you are unable to get any refund.
•    We suggest you select the same price item or more expensive item as the exchange item.


What to do if the item I want to exchange is more expensive than the current item?

•    
If the item you want to exchange is more expensive than the current item, you will need to top up for the item.
•    The Top Up Calculation is shown as following : 

New Item’s Price (refer to SJK Electrical website) - Paid Item’s Price + New Item’s Shipping Fees (refer to SJK Electrical website)
